Standards and Charters

We are a community club with a focus on youth development. Our players, coaches and parents are expected to adhere to a high standard.

Parents

The standards of our Club are of utmost importance. Our parents must put the child first and support the coaches and the children positively and without critisism. We expect all parents to adopt our philosophy as a club and abide by our rules and regulations. We want to ensure a safe and positive environment for our players and coaches. Failure to respect our standards can result in parents and their child having to leave the club. We are committed to providing a great soccer experience for our players and their families.

Players

We are dedicated to providing a safe, fun and friendly environment for our players to learn, play and develop their skills. We are committed to helping our players reach their full potential, both on and off the pitch. Our players must recognise the importance of respect, teamwork, commitment, and discipline and must adopt our club principles and philosophy. We ensure that our players are well behaved, supportive of their teammates and coaches, and are good contributors to the community. We want our players to listen, behave and be brave in all they do, especially on the football pitch.

Coaches

Our mission is to develop young players and create a safe and enjoyable environment for them to learn the game. Our coaches are passionate about the sport and have the skills and knowledge to help our players develop their skills and become the best they can be. Our coaching philosophy is to focus on the development of the players rather than the result. We strive to create a positive environment that encourages creativity and bravery. We believe that by teaching our players the importance of respect, teamwork and sportsmanship, we can create an atmosphere that is fun and rewarding for everyone. Our coaches must conduct themselves in a manner that is pro-active and supportive of the children and the club
